Project a phantasmal image in a 30-ft Cone (Concentration, 1 min). Each creature in the area makes a WIS save or drops any items held, becomes Frightened, and must move away from you as fast as possible on each turn. A Frightened creature repeats the save at the end of each turn, ending the effect on success.
